We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. Your primary objective will be to streamline operations, optimize resource utilization, and deliver products that meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, and maintain consistent product quality.
- Track and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage and lead a team of production personnel, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to encourage a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Planning & forecasting the future requirements of the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BE, MBA or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
